Our particular strengths are in Project Management (especially for R&D)
and Interim Management.
In our opinion, these are both subject areas that are far best addressed in-house.
Naturally, there are advantages from attending public training courses for certain types of activity but, in particular, Project Management training is a topic which should be addressed in-house.
In this way it is possible to develop a common language, a common planning methodology, consistency
of paper work, and also in the all important processes of reporting, monitoring and control.
Our trainers have developed courses which can be tailored to client needs.
In particular, we tend to use a "Workshop" format whereby our clients derive tangible benefit in terms of project plans (for Project Management training) and value analysis results for the Value Engineering
